On the night of May 2, as the time ticks and ticks away, as it gets closer and closer to fight time, there's no telling what Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao will be doing with their last few hours. But if past behavior is an indicator of how one might behave in the future, well, we might just have an idea of what Mayweather will be up to in his final hours.

A recent feature written by Jonathan Snowden of Bleacher Report gives us a glimpse into Mayweather's pre-fight routine.

The date is May 5, 2012 -- just minutes before Mayweather's fight against Miguel Cotto. Mayweather isn't going through his final preparations or working out the kinks of his gameplan. Instead, he's watching basketball with WWE superstar, Triple H.

Speaking with Snowden, Triple H gives his version of that night.

"I said, 'Floyd, I just don't want to be in your way. You've got some stuff to do to get ready for this fight,'" Triple H tells Snowden. "And he said, 'I've done everything I'm going to do. Nothing I do in the next little bit is going to change anything, so ain't no use getting worried about it. I'm going to watch this game for a little bit, talk with you if you want, and then I'm going to go win my fight.' He's so calm. It was unbelievable."

Snowden's article also delves into other interesting aspects regarding Mayweather. According to Triple H, Mayweather -- for the sake of business -- has created a "persona."

"He created a character and creates environments that make you fascinated by him as a personality," Triple H tells Bleacher Report. "That's what sells fights."
