Stars' Mason Marchment: Placed on injured reserve

Marchment (face) was placed on injured reserve, retroactive to Dec. 31 on Saturday.

Marchment can return from the IR list whenever he's ready and could be back before the 4 Nations Face-Off. The 29-year-old has 12 goals and 15 assists in 33 games this season but hasn't earned a point in his last seven appearances.
