Lind was placed on waivers by the Stars on Saturday, per Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
Lind had a productive 2023-24 campaign in the AHL, generating 17 goals and 65 points in 69 regular-season contests with Coachella Valley. He added five goals and 11 points in 18 playoff outings. The winger also played an NHL game with Seattle but didn't hit the scoresheet. Lind inked a two-way deal with Dallas in the offseason and will star with AHL Texas if he clears waivers.
