Senators' Garrett Pilon: Placed on waivers

Ottawa waived Pilon on Friday, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.

Pilon joined the Senators on a two-way deal this offseason and will likely spend most of the year with AHL Belleville. He produced 29 points in 53 games with AHL Hershey last season and has just three games of NHL experience.
