Red Wings' Christian Fischer: Ready to play Thursday

Coach Derek Lalonde said that Fischer (upper body) will be back in the lineup Thursday versus the Rangers.

Fischer was injured Saturday versus Nashville and sat out Monday's game in New York against the Rangers. Fischer was held without a point in his first two games of the season and is expected to see third-line minutes. alongside Tyler Motte and Andrew Copp in the second-half of back-to-back games with New York.
