Rangers' Turner Elson: Pens two-way deal

Elson signed a two-year, two-way contract with the Rangers on Thursday, per CapFriendly.

Elson put up 45 points in 73 contests with AHL Grand Rapids last season, parlaying that performance into a two-way deal late in the campaign. He'll move on to the Rangers' organization, and it's likely he ends up playing most of the season with AHL Hartford.
