Brunicke recorded an assist in Tuesday's 2-1 preseason loss to the Red Wings.

Brunicke will likely play out the upcoming campaign with WHL Kamloops -- the 18-year-old generated 21 points in 49 regular-season contests with the Blazers in 2023-24. The South Africa native was selected in the second round by Pittsburgh in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.
