Skinner is slated to be in the road crease for Friday's preseason game against Vancouver, Jamie Umbach of the Oilers' official site reports.
Skinner will make his third exhibition start of the year during Friday's preseason finale. Most recently, he turned aside 21 of 23 shots in a home loss to the Canucks on Monday. The 25-year-old should see another heavy workload in 2024-25 as the Oilers' clear-cut No. 1 goaltender.
