Maple Leafs' Blake Smith: Inks entry-level contract

Smith signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Toronto on Thursday.

The 20-year-old Smith has 10 goals and 22 assists over 64 regular-season games with OHL Flint and had one assist across five playoff appearances. The undrafted defenseman's contract will begin during the 2025-26 campaign. Look for Smith to spend next season in the minors.
