Clutterbuck believes he has figured out the reason for why he had so many groin issues last season, Arthur Staple of Newsday reports.
Clutterbuck believes his new skates were the problem and has changed back to the old ones to help eliminate it. He had a disappointing 2016-17 campaign with only five goals, but his game has never been about lighting the lamp. Instead, he's more about forechecking and getting under the skin of opposing players. Clutterbuck will look to get back to being that annoying little gnat once again this season.
