Fedotov will start Monday's road preseason contest versus the Islanders, according to Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia.
Fedotov will make his third appearance of the preseason -- the 27-year-old made 25 saves on 27 shots in Saturday's overtime win versus Boston. The Russian netminder will start before turning the net over to Aleksei Kolosov.
