Carlsson is up to four points over two preseason appearances after playing a leading role Wednesday. The 19-year-old center's rookie campaign was abbreviated by a workload management plan and multiple injuries, which limited him to 29 points in 55 contests last year. He could be poised for a breakout in 2024-25, especially if the team around him also takes a step forward.
