Boyd was activated from the NHL's COVID-19 protocol Wednesday, Farhan Lalji of TSN reports.
Boyd can return to practice Wednesday as he and the Canucks -- who have seven players remaining in protocol -- prepare for Friday's game versus the Oilers. The 27-year-old still hasn't played for the Canucks since being claimed off waivers March 22.
