Lysell was recalled from AHL Providence on Thursday.
The Bruins recalled the 21-year-old to face the Kings in preseason action Thursday. Lysell had 14 goals, 23 assists and 46 PIM in 54 regular-season appearances with AHL Providence in 2023-24. It was his first season in North America, after coming over from Sweden. He was selected 21st overall in the 2021 Draft. Lysell has lots of offensive skill and could make his NHL debut at some point this season.
