Avalanche's Justus Annunen: Tending twine Monday

Annunen will start Monday's home preseason contest against Dallas, according to Evan Rawal of Colorado Hockey Now.

Annunen is firmly entrenched as Colorado's No. 2 goaltender behind Alexandar Georgiev heading into the 2024-25 season. Annunen performed admirably in the same role in 2023-24, posting an 8-4-1 record with a .928 save percentage and a 2.25 GAA in 14 regular-season appearances.
