Wagner was reassigned to the Eagles after Monday's 6-2 loss to the Islanders along with Ivan Ivan. It's unclear whether the move is a result of Wagner's performance, or for cap-related reasons. The 33-year-old didn't register a point in two contests with the Avalanche.
