  • Packers' Bo Melton: Snap count slips

Melton had one reception for eight yards and one carry for minus-1 yard in Sunday's 24-22 victory over the Texans. Melton's snap count was boosted in both Weeks 5 and 6 with four of his fellow receivers either dealing with injuries or sitting out altogether, but he was on the field for only eight offensive snaps Sunday with Green Bay's full complement of wideouts available. His role figures to remain limited if the options surrounding him stay the same.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Chances could increase

Melton had one reception for six yards and two carries for 27 yards in Sunday's 34-13 victory over the Cardinals. Melton did not do much in the passing game, but he still made an impact in Sunday's contest with runs of 16 and 11 yards. He hasn't had many chances to contribute this season, but with fellow wideouts Jayden Reed (ankle) and Dontayvion Wicks (shoulder) picking up injuries Week 6, his opportunities could increase in Green Bay's impending matchup with Houston.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Role remains limited

Melton was targeted twice and had one reception for 12 yards in Sunday's 24-19 victory over the Rams. It was thought that Melton would get additional opportunities with Christian Watson (ankle) and Romeo Doubs (suspension) out for Week 5, but instead Malik Heath saw 45 snaps to Melton's 29. Doubs is due back in Week 6 and Watson may not be far behind, so Melton's brief window for potential value may have already closed.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Brings in long reception

Melton was targeted three times and had one reception for 28 yards in Sunday's 31-29 loss to the Vikings. Melton finally recorded a tally in the reception department after being shut out in that category over the first three weeks of the season. He was on the field for only 11 snaps in Week 4, but he could be more involved moving forward with fellow wideout Christian Watson set to miss time after injuring his ankle Sunday. Even in that scenario, though, Melton will be no better than the fourth option behind Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Rushes twice in win

Melton had two carries for eight yards in Sunday's 16-10 victory over the Colts. The wideout has not been targeted through two weeks, but he did record his first two touches of the season Sunday, with one carry going for 16 yards and the other resulting in an eight-yard loss. He remains the fifth option at his position on the depth chart.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Lone catch goes for TD

Melton had one reception on two targets for 18 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's preseason finale against the Ravens. Melton cashed in one of Green Bay's two passing touchdowns in a 30-7 exhibition win. The 25-year-old had one receiving touchdown across five regular-season games played last season. Melton could find himself in a similar role as a reserve wideout this upcoming season, which is to say he shouldn't warrant much fantasy consideration in standard drafts.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Back in complementary role

Melton was targeted twice and caught one pass for seven yards in Sunday's 48-32 victory over the Cowboys. Melton was busy late in the regular season, but with the four receivers ahead of him on the depth chart all suiting up Sunday for the first time since Week 13, he was back in a complementary role. He did play 22 of a possible 56 snaps, which was just one fewer than Christian Watson, who finished fourth among Packers wideouts in snaps. Melton could be involved to some degree in Green Bay's divisional-round matchup with the 49ers, but if Watson's snap count picks up it could come at Melton's expense.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Week 18 Waiver Priority List

We'll see who's healthy at receiver for the Packers this week, but Christian Watson (hamstring), Jayden Reed (chest) and Dontayvion Wicks (chest) are all dealing with injuries heading into Week 18 against Chicago. Melton has stepped up in each of the past two games with 10 catches for 149 yards and a touchdown on 15 targets, and he could be a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues if Watson, Reed and Wicks all remain out against the Bears.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Signed to active roster

The Packers signed Melton from their practice squad to their active roster Monday. Melton had a breakout performance in Sunday's win over Minnesota, nabbing six of nine targets for 105 yards and a touchdown. It was his second straight productive week, as the wideout caught four of six targets for 44 yards and added a seven-yard rush Week 16 against Carolina. Melton stepped into the No. 2 receiver role in the second half Sunday after Jayden Reed exited due to a chest injury, and the former could again play a major role Week 18 versus Chicago if Reed is unable to return for the critical matchup that could determine whether the Packers qualify for the postseason. Green Bay has other injuries among its wideout corps as well, as Christian Watson has missed four straight contests due to a strained right hamstring, and Dontayvion Wicks sat out against the Vikings with chest and ankle injuries.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Tops 100 receiving yards

Melton recorded six receptions on nine targets for 105 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 33-10 win over the Vikings. Melton was promoted from the practice squad for the second consecutive game and had the chance to produce with both Christian Watson (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (chest) sidelined. After missing a chance for a wide-open score on a fourth-down attempt early in the second quarter, Melton got on the same page with Jordan Love as he caught a nine-yard score late in the third quarter and then delivered three catches for 56 yards in the final quarter. As a result, he turned in the first 100-yard performance by a receiver for the Packers this season. With Jayden Reed (chest) also suffering an injury in the middle of Sunday's victory, Melton could have another chance to produce in Week 18 against the Bears.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Back with active roster

The Packers elevated Melton to their active roster Saturday. The 24-year-old wideout made the most of his opportunities in Week 16 after getting elevated to the Packers' active roster, catching four of his six targets for 44 yards. Green Bay has a chance to be without both Christian Watson (hamstring, doubtful) and Dontayvion Wicks (chest/ankle, questionable) in Week 17, meaning Melton could very well see lots of snaps in the team's wide receiver corps for the second consecutive game.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Week 17 Waiver Priority List

Melton could be worth a look in deeper leagues for Week 17 at Minnesota if the Packers are down Christian Watson (hamstring), Jayden Reed (toe) and Dontavyion Wicks (chest). Watson and Reed missed Week 16 at Carolina, and Wicks was injured in the game. Melton had four catches for 44 yards on six targets against the Panthers, and he could be a viable option for Jordan Love -- and Fantasy managers -- in Week 17 against the Vikings.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Makes mark in win

Melton had four receptions for 44 yards and one carry for seven yards in Sunday's 33-30 victory over the Panthers. Melton was elevated to the active roster in Week 16 with both Christian Watson (hamstring) and Jayden Reed (toe/chest) unavailable, and with another receiver -- Dontayvion Wicks -- exiting the game with a chest injury, Melton wound up having his most productive day as a professional. Melton was returned to the practice squad following Sunday's contest, but with three Packers wideouts now working back from injury, he could suit up again in Week 17.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Joins active roster

The Packers elevated Melton to their active roster Saturday. The second-year pro's elevation is likely a sign that Green Bay is preparing to be without its top wideout in Christian Watson (hamstring) for the third consecutive week. Melton was able to haul in one of his two targets for seven yards in the team's Week 16 loss, and he'll add depth to the Packers' wide receiver room Sunday.

  • Bo Melton: Returns to practice squad

Melton reverted to Green Bay's practice squad Monday. Melton saw playing time on both offense and special teams during Sunday's loss to Tampa Bay and caught one of his two targets for seven yards. The 24-year-old could be in line to play again next week, as Christian Watson (hamstring) and Jayden Reed (toe) are both dealing with injuries.

  • Packers' Bo Melton: Elevated ahead of Week 15 contest

The Packers elevated Melton from their practice squad Saturday ahead of their game Sunday versus the Buccaneers. Melton was signed to the active roster ahead of Green Bay's Week 12 game against Detroit and played two offensive snaps along with six special-teams snaps in that contest without logging any stats. He was subsequently cut and then re-signed to the practice squad. The Packers will likely be without Christian Watson (hamstring) against Tampa Bay on Sunday, and Dontayvion Wicks is questionable with an ankle injury, but even if neither wideout suits up it's unlikely Melton will see a significant role.

  • Bo Melton: Headed to Green Bay

Melton signed with the Packers' practice squad Wednesday. Melton will rejoin Green Bay's practice squad after being waived from the active roster Monday. The 24-year-old has appeared in one game this season but failed to record any stats.

  • Bo Melton: Cut by Green Bay

The Packers waived Melton on Monday. Melton played two snaps on offense and another six on special teams in the Packers' Thanksgiving Day win over the Lions. He didn't register any stats. Melton will likely head back to the practice squad once he clears waivers.

  • Bo Melton: Waived by Seattle

The Seahawks waived Melton on Tuesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports. Melton secured seven of 15 targets for 89 yards through three preseason games, and he could be a candidate to resurface on Seattle's practice squad. The rookie seventh-round pick recorded a 4.34 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.

  • Seahawks' Bo Melton: Paces team in receiving yards

Melton caught two of three targets for 47 yards in Saturday's 32-25 preseason loss to the Steelers. With DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, Freddie Swain (back) and Dee Eskridge (hamstring) sitting out, Melton had a good opportunity to serve as the team's top wide receiver. He played half of the offensive snaps in the exhibition game and led the team in receiving yards. Most of his yardage came on the first play of the second half when he took a short pass from Drew Lock and showcased his speed for a 39-yard gain. Melton is making a strong case for a roster spot and will take this momentum into Thursday's preseason clash against the Bears.
