Phillips (quadriceps) is back to football training at full speed, and he's ready for visits with teams in the near future, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Phillips suffered a torn quad tendon in Week 17 last season with the Giants but is now cleared and ready to find a new suitor. The 6-foot-5 offensive tackle has started 27 games in his career, spread out over four seasons between the Giatns and the Ravens.
