The Jaguars signed Quinn to the practice squad Sunday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.
Quinn was cut loose by Washington on Saturday amid final roster cuts, and he'll now get a chance to make an impression in Jacksonville. He had 26 catches for 198 yards and one score in 12 games while operating primarily out of the slot last season.
