Horton (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Bills, Texans TV Host Drew Dougherty reports.
Horton is cleared to make his season debut after starting the campaign on the reserve/non-football illness list. The 2023 fourth-round pick is expected to rotate in behind Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter in Week 5.
