Zylstra signed with the Lions' practice squad Wednesday.
After missing all of the Lions' 2023 campaign due to a knee injury, Zylstra was left off Detroit's initial 53-man roster. However, he'll remain in Detroit after inking a deal to return to the team's practice squad Wednesday. The Minnesota State product could be elevated to the Lions' active roster at some point this season if one of Sam LaPorta (hamstring), Brock Wright or Parker Hesse misses time.
