The Seahawks designated Forsythe (hand) to return from injured reserve Wednesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Forsythe has missed the Seahawks' last five games due to a hand injury. If he's able to log full practices this week, there's a chance he could be activated off IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Jets.
