The Saints placed Saldiveri on the active/PUP list Tuesday due to an undisclosed injury.
The severity of Saldiveri's injury remains unclear, but he's eligible to practice and/or play at any point during the preseason. The Old Dominion product was a fourth-round pick by the Saints in April and has the versatility to be a solid backup at numerous positions along the offensive line when healthy.
