Ravens' Roquan Smith: Pops up on injury report

Smith (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday.

Smith played an effective 100 percent of the defensive snaps in the team's loss to the Chiefs last Thursday. Despite that, the Georgia product appears to have suffered an injury to his shoulder, which could impact his status for the Ravens' Week 2 game against the Raiders. In all likelihood, Smith will find his way onto the field Sunday, and his status Wednesday is precautionary, but if he's unable to play, it'd be a significant blow to the team's defense.
