Ravens' Kyle Van Noy: Upgraded to full participant

Van Noy (orbital/groin) was a full participant in practice Thursday.

Van Noy has been dealing with a fractured orbital bone since suffering the injury in Week 1 against the Chiefs. He popped up on Wednesday's injury report due to a separate groin issue, but the 2014 second-round pick was able to practice without restrictions Thursday, indicating that he should suit up for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.
