Woods (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Philadelphia, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Woods wasn't able to practice all week due to an ankle injury he suffered during pregame warmups Week 10. Sunday's absence will mark the third game in a row he's been unable to suit up. Woods has played primarily on special teams for Los Angeles this season.
