The Raiders placed Mullen (undisclosed) on the PUP list Tuesday.
The nature of Mullen's injury is unclear, though he was limited to only five games in 2021 due to a toe issue. He also underwent an unspecified surgery in May, so the fact that he's still not ready to take the field is a bit concerning. Assuming he's medically cleared at some point during training camp, Mullen should be in line to serve as a starting boundary cornerback for the Raiders.
