Van Noy (undisclosed) passed a physical and was reinstated from the Patriots' PUP list Wednesday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports.
The 30-year-old participated at Wednesday's practice in a non-contact jersey as he ramps up his work early in camp. Van Noy has a couple weeks to get cleared for full contact ahead of the Patriots' first preseason matchup with Washington on Aug. 12.
