Patriots' David Andrews: Will remain out

Andrews (shoulder) will not return Sunday against the 49ers, Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald reports.

Andrews went out during the Patriots' opening possession and went straight to the locker room. Nick Leverett will continue to handle the work at center for New England for the remainder of Week 4.
