Chandler (groin) signed a one-year contract with the Panthers on Tuesday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.
Chandler, who closed out last season with two consecutive missed games due to a groin injury, will return for a second straight year in Carolina. He started on defense in seven of 15 appearances in 2021, and has proven himself as a key special-teams player.
