Panthers' Jaycee Horn: Suiting up Sunday

Horn (toe) is active Sunday against the Buccaneers.

Horn was able to log a full practice Friday, so his ability to suit up doesn't come as a major surprise. The South Carolina product should draw a start at corner in their divisional clash with Tampa Bay in Week 18.
