The Titans waived Kinsey on Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Kinsey caught four passes on nine targets for 58 yards over the Titans' first two preseason games, but he missed Sunday's game against the Saints due to a broken pinky finger. He started 2023 on Tennessee's practice squad and ended up being signed to the active roster in December. Kinsey could be on a similar path this season once teams start filling their practice squads.
