Head coach Dan Campbell stated Monday that Dorsey (ankle) is out for the remainder of the season, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Dorsey needed to be carted off the field after suffering the injury during Sunday's loss to the Bills. Considering the team also lost Carlton Davis to a fractured jaw, the Lions are now extremely thin at cornerback.
