Jacobs (knee) was unable to participate in Tuesday's practice at mandatory minicamp, Jeremy Reisman of SB Nation reports.
The cornerback is still recovering from a torn ACL he suffered in December, making his absence from practice an unsurprising one. His next benchmark will be next month's training camp, but Jacobs may not be ready to go by then.
