Philips was signed to the Eagles practice squad Tuesday.
Philips was let go by the Titans on Thursday after reaching an injury settlement with the team following a hamstring issue. The wide receiver now appears to be back in good health, joining Philadelphia's practice squad after reeling in 15 passes for 181 yards while appearing in nine games with Tennessee in 2023.
