Coutee was released by the Colts on Tuesday.
Coutee looked likely to make the 53-man roster but missed some time with a groin injury. He's a candidate to be signed to Indy's practice squad. He got reps in the slot behind Parris Campbell during training camp, so it's possible he could still be viewed as an injury fill-in from the practice squad.
