The Jaguars elevated Rosas to the active roster Saturday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Stephen Hauschka (knee) is considered questionable for Sunday's game versus the Bengals, so Rosas elevated from the practice squad and will suit up if Hauschka can't go. Rosas was inconsistent for the Giants in 2019, making 12 of 17 field goals and just one of five attempts from beyond 40 yards.
