The Colts signed Hentges to the practice squad Tuesday.
The Colts are also bringing TE Ethan Wolf onto the practice squad. Hentges played 11 games with Washington in 2019 and recorded an 8-103-1 line. The Colts already have Jack Doyle (ankle), Mo Alie-Cox and Noah Togiai on the active roster, but if Doyle can't play in Week 3 versus the Jets, Hentges has a chance to be activated.
