Higgins did not catch his lone target in Sunday's 45-7 loss to New England.
Higgins' lone target came late in the game when the Browns were down by 31 points. The greater role that Cleveland offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt said Higgins would have never materialized against the Patriots. The sixth-year wideout was on the field for 26 snaps after having just three last week against the Bengals, but Higgins has fallen behind Donovan Peoples-Jones (50 snaps), who has played a greater role post-Odell Beckham.
