Okoronkwo (illness) has left Sunday's game against the Commanders, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Okoronkwo's exit will be a blow to the Browns' defensive line depth as they finish out Week 5 against the Commanders. While he's sidelined, Sam Kamara and Isaiah McGuire will likely see extra snaps on the edges.
