Dunn (undisclosed) was placed on the reserve/non-football illness list by the Browns on Tuesday, Kelsey Russo of the team's official website reports.
Dunn is dealing with some sort of illness and he'll now be forced to sit out the first four games of the season while on the NFI list. The offensive lineman will be eligible to return for Week 5 against the Commanders on Oct. 6.
