Browns' James Proche: Contributes as returner

Proche played one snap on offense and returned three punts for 25 yards in Sunday's 18-13 win over the Jaguars.

After beginning the season on the practice squad, Proche was signed to the 53-man roster Saturday. In addition to the punt returns, he also lined up as a kickoff returner after Pierre Strong (hamstring) left the game early in the third quarter. Strong's injury plus David Bell's hip injury could lead to a bigger role for Proche.
