Osweiler won't dress for Thursday's preseason finale against the Bears, Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.
Osweiler's future with the team is a little cloudy at the moment, as the well-compensated quarterback will sit out a second consecutive preseason game after losing the starting gig to rookie DeShone Kizer. With $16 million owed to Osweiler for the coming the season, the Browns could choose to cut their losses and release him if they're unable to deal him elsewhere.
