The Broncos signed Burton to their active roster Wednesday, Ryan McFadden of The Denver Post reports.
Burton will remain with the Broncos' active roster after playing 36 total snaps (10 offensive and 26 on special teams) during the team's regular-season opener. In a corresponding move, the Broncos' placed rookie running back Audric Estime (ankle) on injured reserve.
