Cooper (wrist) is not in line to play Sunday against the Colts, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Cooper is listed as questionable for the contest after practicing in a limited fashion this week. Official confirmation of his Week 10 status will arrive once the Bills' inactives are posted, but per Schefter, the wideout is slated to miss his second straight game.
