Higgins caught two of three targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 32-13 win over the Raiders.
Tyler Boyd and Ja'Marr Chase were on the other end of half of Joe Burrow's 28 pass attempts, leaving little volume left over for Higgins. The grabs, targets and receiving yards were all season lows for the second-year wideout, and Higgins will look to bounce back to his usual level of production in Week 12 against the Steelers.
