Burks (knee) has been ruled out for Monday night's game against Baltimore, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
This will be Burks' second consecutive absence after coach Kyle Shanahan said after Week 14 that Burks would be shut down for multiple weeks. Burks is a bit player on defense who mainly contributes on special teams.
