Hargrave has a triceps injury after Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Rams, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
San Francisco coach Kyle Shanahan said it might just be a contusion, per Branch. Hargrave recorded three tackles, including a sack, during the defeat. The defensive tackle made four stops across the 49ers' first two contests.
