Eifert stayed healthy for the second season in a row, and that's something to celebrate. However, the days of him looking like a high-upside Fantasy TE are well in the past by now, and unless he lands somewhere as a free agent where he will play a significant role, he can be safely ignored in all Fantasy leagues.
