There have been two quarterback hot topics this summer: The depth of the position, and the situation surrounding Andrew Luck. Both have driven values up and down in the Fantasy tiers.
The depth has been and will remain a positive. Unless you play in something deep like a 24-team league (I'm in one, it's crazy) or a two-quarterback/superflex league, wait on quarterbacks. Take advantage of the massive supply. When one's staring you in the eyeballs and it feels like a steal, take him. Round 3 qualifies for Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady.
It's that deep depth that's turned Luck into both a risk and a potential bargain. Luck's Fantasy prowess is well documented -- it's just a matter of him getting himself ready to play. That could take multiple weeks, so patience is required. However, if the worst-case scenario is keeping Luck on the bench after already you've already taken eight or nine other players, Fantasy owners shouldn't think twice about grabbing him.
